Mr. Landers is Director of Real Estate Execution for Capview Partners, responsible for the full asset management life cycle from acquisition to disposition, of single-family rental home properties. He has 30+ years’ experience successfully transacting across multiple real estate product types including residential (multifamily & single-family), retail, and commercial.

Residential experience includes acquiring, renovating, leasing, property management, and dispositions of single-family rental homes, multifamily apartment buildings, and duplexes.

Prior to joining Capview, Mr. Landers was the lead for sourcing, underwriting, contract negotiation, due diligence, and closing of all assets subsequently syndicated into Tenant-In-Common structured investments ($130 million) for Kodiak Capital Partners. Simultaneously, he led the leasing efforts to improve and maintain above market-level occupancy for the Dallas/Fort Worth Portfolio sponsored/syndicated to well over 400 investors.

Prior to Kodiak Capital Partners, Mr. Landers closed over $500 million in commercial real estate acquisitions over a nine-year period for multiple foreign investors. Additionally, he managed the tenant representation process for several firms which included site selection, lease negotiation, space planning, and construction management.

Mr. Landers currently resides in north Dallas with his wife, Shannon, and four daughters, Lauren, Lilly, Lexie, and Lola. Scott enjoys volunteer coaching, running, cooking, and spending time with his family.
